Sarita Bhandarkar

Attorney
Ms. Bhandarkar’s practice focuses on trusts and estates, including estate planning and administration and elder law.
Sarita obtained her B.A., cum laude, from Tufts University in 1998. She received her JD from the College of William and Mary in 2002. She is currently completing her LLM in Taxation at New York Law School.
Ms. Bhandarkar belongs to the NYSBA (Trusts & Estates, Elder law, and Tax), the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York (Orange and Sullivan County Chapter). She is also a member of the Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council and Leadership Orange, Class 2010.
Sarita also volunteers as a mediator with the Dispute Resolution Center, primarily mediating family disputes. She also volunteers on behalf of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newburgh.
